Every order is carefully packed and posted from our Sunshine Coast studio, QLD.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
While we’re currently only shipping within Australia, our heart is set on reaching homes and hearts around the world. We know there’s love for Aesira Studio beyond our shores, and we’re so excited to deliver our products internationally in the near future.
If you live outside Australia and have your heart set on one of our planners, please email us at info@aesirastudio.com we can’t make any guarantees, but we’ll always do our best to help.
In the meantime, we’d love for you to join our mailing list. You’ll be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.
PRE-ORDER & RELEASE TIMELINES
A gentle reminder to check the estimated arrival or release date shown on each product listing before placing your order.
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, everything will be shipped together in one beautiful parcel once all items are ready.
For orders containing multiple pre-order items, dispatch will follow the latest estimated release date in your order.
DISPATCH TIMES
We lovingly prepare and package each order with care and aim to have it on its way to you by the next business day. During busier seasons, please allow up to 2 business days. If your order is time-sensitive, feel free to reach out and we’ll always do our best to prioritise it.
TRACKING
As soon as your parcel leaves our hands, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details, so you can follow its journey from our studio to your doorstep.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS
CHANGE OF MIND
While we hope you absolutely love your order, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a 14-day change of mind policy, available as a store credit only. Refunds will only be issued for items deemed faulty.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

All packaging (including sticker sheets, boxes, and clear wrap) must be included.

Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
SECONDS STOCK:
We do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds on 'seconds stock' products. Please understand that when purchasing 'seconds stock' that these products are discounted as they may be slightly damaged, refer to listings for more information.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS:
Digital downloads or other digital products will not be refunded. If you have any queries in regards to your order please contact us.
FAULTY PRODUCTS:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us and we’ll make it right. We’ll send a replacement with a prepaid return label or issue a refund if a replacement isn’t available.

Our small team replies to emails during standard business hours (AEST), Monday to Friday. Please note we do not respond to enquiries on weekends or public holidays but we’ll get back to you as soon as possible the following business day.
